FATHER ALOSZA

As you know Father Alosza returned to his mission in Kazakhstan shortly after Christmas.  He returned at winter time to a temperature of minus 30 degrees.

The other day when everyone was complaining how cold it was and hoping the snow didn't last too long I sent him the picture at the top of this post to show that we we had some snow in England.

He responded with ' tak my też mamy' - yes we have some [snow] too.  He then sent the following pictures.

The snow and ice around the locks on the INSIDE of the door

Ice forming - again on the INSIDE of the door

The snow and ice on the outside of the house

Please continue to keep Father in your prayers.  Dealing with these extreme weather conditions cannot be easy when you are well.  It must be even more difficult for Father with his poor health too.

Our Prayers for Father and those coping with these extreme weather conditions (extreme by our standards in UK). No flippancy is meant when I consider the old adage that 'What doesn't see us of... makes us stronger' May the knowledge of impending warmer weather bring with it a flash of ember cheer to his heart. Prayers to Our Lady for Father's protection and help
